What is Pressure Chamber

Laser welding equipment equipped with an pressure chamber can replace inert gas, providing a better welding environment than blowing protection, greatly reducing the impact of weld oxidation on the sealing effect and effectively avoiding the generation of cracks and pores.

Equipped with coaxial visual observation function, it can visualize the two-dimensional morphology of the processing area and molten pool during the machining process. The software and hardware system has good openness and operability, making it easy to upgrade and expand new functions.

The welding environment provided by the pressure chamber is a simpler and more cost-effective protective environment compared to the glovebox laser hermetic sealing welding system. If you are unsure how to choose a sealed chamber and glove box system, you can contact us, and our engineers will recommend more suitable equipment based on your specific needs.
